Brian Brodoski

In 1982, Brian found his way to San Jose and worked as
a stereo installer for a San Jose Car Stereo Company.
Brian started dfm Car Stereo in Ukiah, California in 1985.
In 1989 dfm Stereo under went a name change to dfm Car
Stereo & Cellular when he added cellular and pager
service. With the increased demand of pagers he opened
a new company, Pro Page Communications. Then in 1999 with
increased revenue dfm Car Stereo & Cellular was in
the top 10% in car stereo and cellular retainers in the
United States, with $2.7 million dollars in sales. The
business went into a corporation in 1999. Brian has been
a major stockholder for five years.
Shawn Brodoski

Shawn joined his dad in creating dfm Car Stereo. When they opened in April 1985 Shawn was still in High School and would come down after school to install stereos. In 1997 Shawn and Brian decided to open a store in Lakeport. It has been a very successful business move for dfm Car Stereo. Shawn has become an excellent installer over the years and is now going for Installer of the year in Instillation New Magazine for 2003.
Sheryl Wilson

Sheryl has been with dfm Car Stereo & Cellular for
seven years. She started here as part time doing bookkeeping,
shipping and receiving. Sheryl is now our Office and Kiosk
manager. Sheryl also handles purchasing, shipping and
receiving, inventory controller and general computer technician
for all three of our locations. She has been a stockholder
of dfm Car Stereo & Cellular for two years.
Alex Dibb
Sales/ Installation Representative

Alex joined the dfm Car Stereo team as an installer in
our Ukiah store 1993. He is now a sales representative
in our Lakeport store. Alex has also sharpened his
instillation
skills over the years. He has increased his customer service
availability to many customers by arranging times that
best suite them even if it requires him to stay late.
Alex has been a stockholder for two years now.
Don Doidge

Don started at dfm Car Stereo in October of 1985 as the
general manager shortly after dfm opened. His priorities
include management of all stores, sales, customer service
and satisfaction, managing all employees. He has been
a profitable investment to this company with his great
ability to sale and will power to succeed. Don's been
a stockholder of dfm Car Stereo and Cellular for five
years.
Russ Carlsen

Russ started dfm Car Stereo in 1985 as an installer.
He left for a while and returned in1993. When Russ returned
he was an electronics technician for a year and in 1994
became the Manager of Pro Page communications. Russ has
help create the upcoming of our new Home Theater, which
he will manage as well. In 2003 he became a stockholder
of dfm Car Stereo.
Tom Fletcher

Tom joined the dfm team in 1993 as an installer and is
now our sales manager. He works in our Ukiah store and
our Lakeport Store as a sales representative. Tom has
also taken on the responsibility of all of our TV and
radio advertising. He has been a stockholder for two years
now.
