Company History

Cupp Bros. Construction was established in 1985 by the president and founder Ronald Cupp, in Marin County. Cupp Bros. Construction focused their construction activities towards serving the commercial construction sector by providing all aspects of site development including, demolition, excavation and grading, underground pipelines and utilities, foundation and retaining walls, finish and architectural concrete and interior / exterior tenant improvement projects to their clients, some of who are listed below:

During this time and in conjunction with their commercial project capabilities, Ron Cupp also created a separate division that provided construction services to general contractors in the field of structural concrete, foundations, retaining wall systems and site drainage for large-scale residential projects throughout San Francisco, Marin and Sonoma counties.

In 1997 Ron and Cupp Bros. began to move away from the large-scale commercial construction projects, restructured the company dynamics, and dramatically increased the companies presence in the residential project market while still maintaining ongoing relationships with a few commercial property management companies.
